If you do not know your Center IC Staff Login ID, or you do not have a working staff email address, contact one of your organization Center IC administrators for assistance. Center IC Administrators can confirm your staff email address and Login ID so that you can reset your own password. Please note that Center Dynamics support staff are not able to confirm your staff email address or Login ID.
System Administrators can also have a new password reset email sent to you when they choose Send Password Reset... from your Staff record.
You must have a working email address to change your password. Only you are able to change your password. System Administrators cannot see your password and are not able to change it for you.
