Topic: Marketing and Sales
This workshop will focus on customer service and sales. We will start by going over the three P’s of business, how those P’s relate to the five A’s of customer service, and conclude with the ABC’s of sales. Subjects will include identifying and understanding your customers, building customer loyalty by utilizing hiring practices, training opportunities, and sales techniques. The goal of this workshop is to teach you how to build your business around customer service and sales from the ground up.
