Competitive Advantage
This event has been canceled
No privately-run business - large or small - can realistically claim, "I don't really need a big advantage over my competition for long-term success." This workshop confronts the realism of your market head-on - that creating advantage is essential. We will explore the need to create core competencies that mean something to your customers. And raise market awareness to help you become a strategist - not a run-of-the-mill tactician. We will bring together the elements of "Creating Competitive Advantage" and help you grow the roots of your small business's strategic advantage. The central question we will explore is, "With the many forces that effect my business, how do I sustain a market advantage?" We will take a look at what those forces are and also how various firms have succeeded (or not succeeded) in dealing with them. Come prepared to share what market forces impact the viability of your small business - the format will be highly participatory.
