Clearwater County Economic Development Director Chris St. Germaine and Joleen Beggs from ID Dept. of Labor will be presenting information to help small businesses consider the options for hiring help. Discussion topics will include: contract VS employee; getting a Federal Employer ID number, registering with the Idaho regulatory agencies and where to find the filing forms. In addition we’ll discuss how to write a job description, how to use the ID Dept. of Labor to recruit qualified candidates and what the folks at the local Labor offices can do to help you.
