This new seminar brought to you through the Idaho SBDC and taught by Dr. Roy Rummler will take you through the three key components of business success: -Focus -Process -People Dr. Rummler will help you understand how things really work and generate decisions based on that as well as develop a process. Finally, he assist you in effectively communicating, maximizing your people and resolving disputes. Dr. Roy Rummler has provided leadership for large and small businesses and organizations in the private and public sectors. He is noted for accepting the leadership in organizations in turmoil, and in bringing about positive atmosphere and improved production.
