Business of Food Networking Event

We are lucky to have local food expert, John Glerum joining us to share his "Ten Good Rules for Doing Business in the Food Industry" for our second Business of Food Networking Event. We will be meeting at Highlands Hollow a long-time staple in the north end of Boise. They are working to provide locally sourced food for their patrons and we are happy to introduce our local food producers to them. The Idaho SBDC will again provide some light hors d'oeuvres but we encourage you to take advantage of the taps of Highlands Hollow. Agenda 3 - 3:30: Networking and check-in 3:30 - 4:30 John Glerum, TECenter 4:30 - 5: Networking John Glerum is currently working at the TECenter assisting early stage businesses. He brings experience from his years at the H. J. Heinz Company, and as President and CEO of Ore-Ida Foods. John has an MBA degree with a concentration in Finance and a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Biological Sciences.
