Revenue Sprint
This 6 week class is designed to help existing companies find the most effective path to profitable growth. The course follows the principle that once a company can understand and measure current operations, diagnoses of operating flaws and the creation of a gap plan are possible. A core part of the work is centered on helping companies discover the root causes for the current status of growth and leveraging those concepts to find an efficient and profitable path forward.
