Lean Essentials Sprint
This 10 week intensive course takes start up and early stage entrepreneurs through the essentials of how to model a business. We create small groups of entrepreneurs that meet every week in focused learning sessions to test their business ideas using the Business Model Canvas. Participants will thoroughly review and test the nine main areas of a small business through customer discovery. The final component is the opportunity to pitch to a seasoned panel of business professionals. The course covers: Business Model Generation Value Proposition and Customer Segment Matching Creating a Hypothesis and testing it Creating a Minimum Viable Product Customer Creation Organization Building
