Taxes & Your Business- Teleconference

This will be a virtual class delivered through Zoom. Registrants will receive instructions the day prior to the class and live assistance 30 minutes prior to the session. Are you and your small business ready for Tax Season? How do you know whether you have chosen the right entity-LLC, sole proprietor, corporation? In this quick one-hour session, local CPA, Timothy W. John of Zwygart John & Associates CPAs will cover the basics of taxes and legal entities for small business and answer your questions about your small business. Tim was born and raised in Nampa, ID graduating from Vallivue High School in 1998. After graduating from high school he attended Brigham Young University where he earned a bachelors degree in accounting. He then went to work for a regional accounting firm in Boise where he learned the ways of public accounting. At that time he also started attending Boise State University in the evenings and after much effort earned a Master of Science in Accountancy, Taxation degree. He worked as an assistant controller for a large food manufacturing company and in the tax group of a fortune 250 company. Eventually, he started his own accounting firm fulfilling one of his life time dreams of operating his own business. He has over 12 years of experience working in the field of tax helping small and large business owners save money by utilizing various tax strategies.
