Business Valuation - Sell or Purchase
If you are an accountant, banker, CFP, investor, or business owner this training is for you. This 2 session 1 day training will have a morning and afternoon session with a catered lunch mix and mingle included in your ticket cost. The morning sessions will cover the SBDCs role in helping clients buy a business, how the SBA loan process works, and how to properly evaluate a business that is for sale. The afternoon session will include how the SBDC helps clients prepare a business for sale, how to properly invest income from the selling of a business and how to properly evaluate a business to come up with a fair sale price. This event is sponsored by Canyon Valuations, The Idaho SBDC at CSI, and Brian Scott from Waddell & Reed. Tickets will be $30.00 per session, or at a discounted rate of $50.00 for both sessions.
