SBA - Social Media Workshop

This Social Media Workshop will introduce the various social media networks and how to use them as part of your business' outreach. Implementation will be discussed and "best practices" will be emphasized. You will be shown how to make the most of the combination of email and social media for your business or organization. You will be given some simple but powerful tips on how to get your messages opened and read, shared and socially visible. And, you will see that there are some great tools you can use to help engage with your existing supporters as well as expand your reach to new prospects.

Speaker(s): Gregory Yerxa As a Lender Relations Specialist and District International Trade Officer, Greg represents the Small Business Administration in the Boise District and is actively engaged in marketing SBA lending products and programs to lenders and small businesses. Prior to joining the SBA, Greg served in the USAF as an F-15E Weapons Systems Officer and Associate Technology Editor for Networking Computing Magazine. his editorial coverage focused on the early technology providing the foundation for today's Internet, web and social networks.
